SharedOS
Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you and SysteMind, Inc. (“we”), which operates the SharedOS website at sharedos.ai and SharedOS Cloud at cloud.sharedos.ai (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
The open-source SharedOS packages are licensed separately, under Apache-2.0; these terms do not change that license.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in, project keys and model-provider credentials secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and with your keys.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Tell us at support@systemind.io if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service, or let your agents use it, to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- send spam, malware, or attacks on other systems, or mine cryptocurrency;
- get around the service’s limits, isolation or security, or access other people’s projects, machines or data;
- overload or disrupt the service or the people who use it;
- break the terms of the model providers your agents use.
You are responsible for what your agents do on your machines, including the commands they run and what they send to other services.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you and your agents put into the service. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
A preview, provided as is
SharedOS Cloud is in preview. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be interrupted or lose data. Keep your own copies of anything that matters. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SysteMind, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim and US$100.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@systemind.io. We may suspend or end your access, and stop your machines, if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the service or other people, or if we stop offering the service; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, this page and its effective date change, and we will say so in the console when a change matters. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
